How does CityBites office delivery work?
We have our own kitchens run by professional chefs and we partner with other vendors. You can mix and match items from our own kitchens and different vendors. Once you place your order, we coordinate the preparation and delivery to your location.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, some of our partner vendors have a minimum order requirement. The specific minimum order amount will be displayed when selecting items from that vendor.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, same-day delivery is available for orders placed at least 2 hours in advance. You have to call us to confirm. This allows our partners enough time to prepare and deliver your food on time.
Can I mix and match items from different restaurants or kitchens?
Absolutely! CityBites allows you to select items from multiple partner vendors in a single order. However, delivery fees and availability may vary based on vendor location.
Is the corporate account feature available?
Not yet. The functionality for corporate accounts is currently under development. We will notify our users when this feature becomes available.
Are there any delivery fees?
Delivery fees may apply depending on your location and the vendors you order from. Any applicable fees will be shown at checkout.
How often do you add new restaurants and partner kitchens?
We are constantly expanding our network of partner restaurants and kitchens to give you more options. Stay tuned for new additions in your area!
Can I schedule an order for a future date?
Yes, you can schedule an order for a future date. Just select the desired date and time during checkout.
