Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CityBites office catering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

CityBites provides B2B office catering services through an owned-kitchen model. We prepare and deliver fresh meals for approved company accounts in the San Francisco area. Services include individual boxed meals and tray catering for meetings and office gatherings.

3. Account Registration

CityBites operates on an approval-based onboarding system. Company admins must submit an access request and receive approval before placing orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and delivery schedule confirmation. Payment terms are established during onboarding and may include invoicing for approved companies. Prices may change with advance notice.

  • Individual box orders start from $10 per meal
  • Tray catering pricing varies by group size and menu selection
  • Orders must be placed by stated cutoff windows before delivery
  • Cancellations must be made before the applicable cutoff window

5. Delivery

CityBites manages delivery directly. We currently serve San Francisco and confirm delivery timing and location during the ordering process.

6. Dietary Restrictions and Allergens

While we offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, we cannot guarantee that the kitchen is completely free of allergens. Customers with severe allergies should contact us directly before ordering.

7. Limitation of Liability

CityBites is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or unforeseen operational disruptions. Liability for claims relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

8. Modifications to Terms

CityBites reserves the right to update these Terms of Service. We may notify approved company users of significant changes, and continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
