CityBites is a B2B office catering platform built around an owned-kitchen model. Instead of coordinating between multiple restaurants, we prepare and fulfill from one controlled kitchen so food quality, delivery standards, and support stay tighter.

For company admins

  • Request company access before ordering opens.
  • Once approved, invite team members and set up office details.
  • Create either Individual Boxes or Meetings & Events orders, with one order mapping to one order type.
  • Offer multiple cuisines in one order when they come from the same kitchen.
  • Review and confirm orders before they move into fulfillment.

  3. Approval and setup: The first approved contact becomes the company admin and can start inviting others.
  4. Ordering opens: Your team can move into authenticated ordering once setup is complete.

  • Starting from $10 per meal in curated boxed-meal programs.
  • Final pricing depends on menu mix, volume, and office setup.
  • Multiple cuisines can be combined in one order when they are fulfilled by the same kitchen.

Meetings & Events

  • Quoted based on group size, menu selection, setup needs, and packaging style.
  • Works well for meetings, office-hosted events, training sessions, and larger team moments.
  • CityBites keeps public positioning simple while the operational order type remains Tray Catering behind the scenes.

Payment terms

  • Payment stays decoupled from order acceptance in MVP.
  • Manual and tracked payment workflows remain part of the current company-account model.
